通过边缘桉实生苗和试管苗栽植在温室和田间的生长和形态比较,展望成年树木树冠的发育。温室生长的试管苗比实生苗较矮且更多分枝;叶形和排列似成熟叶而不像幼叶。根总长小于实生苗,直径则相差不大,在温室使用两种土壤作栽植试验,一种是泥炭/沙土,另一种是砖红壤森林土,也许由于两种土壤持水量和阳离子交换的差异,对植株生长有一定的影响。田间砖红壤生长两年后的试管苗比实生苗高,并且没有典型边缘桉所具有的木质块茎和基部的萌发枝。试验表明,实生苗和试管苗在生长和存活率中都有很大的差异。
By comparing the growth and morphology of Eucalyptus globulus seedlings and in vitro seedlings planted in greenhouse and field, the development of adult tree canopy was prospected. Plantlets grown in greenhouses are shorter and more branched than seedlings; leafy and arranged like mature leaves rather than young leaves. The total root length is less than that of seedlings and the diameter is not much different. Two kinds of soil were planted in the greenhouse. One was peat / sand soil and the other was latosol soil. Maybe due to the difference of water holding capacity and cation exchange , Have a certain impact on plant growth. The test-tube plantlets in field brick-red soils developed two years later than the seedlings and did not have the typical shoot eucalyptus with the tuberous and basal shoots. Experiments show that there is a big difference between growth and survival rate of seedlings and test-tube seedlings.
