在国家有关部门宣布今年七月一日起禁止使用溴酸钾在面包烘焙业上的使用后,今年六,七月份国内有些媒体也开始大量宣传和渲染,过去多年使用的溴酸钾一下子成为致癌的代名词,民众之闻“溴酸钾”而色变,很多人不敢吃面包,因此严重影响烘焙业之发展并引发了对烘焙业的信任危机,我认为有必要谈一点个人的观点,以正视听。
