用棉铃虫核多角体病毒(NPV)治虫,具有效果好、剂量小、无公害等特点。近十年来,国外棉铃虫核多角体病毒生产与应用技术研究进展很快,病毒的生产技术日趋完善,已进行工厂化生产。国内湖北也初步建立了半机械化生产线试产。病毒杀虫剂已有“微胶囊”剂、液剂及可湿性粉剂多种剂型。近年来,因在病毒制剂中加入取食刺激剂、光保护剂、蒸发减缓剂,增加了害虫取食病毒的数量,并把日光或紫外线、温湿度、酸碱离子对多角体病毒的不良影响减到较低限度,使病毒杀虫剂有了更好的效果。目前我省基本上建立了以人工饲养,卵纸分装,病毒滴注感染为中心环节增殖病毒的生产工艺,病死虫收获率达80%以上,平均每头死虫含多角体量近百亿。1981年我们
