一、前言寒冷低温地区对于气动装置的应用往往受到限制,即使这样,钢铁、建筑、土木、木工机械等在寒冷条件下气动的应用也在增多。本文试图对低温环境的气动回路所必须采取的相应措施进行阐述,以此扩大气动技术的应用范围。二、寒冷地区寒冷地区是指最低温度为-45℃,而实际工作的环境温度可以为-30℃度以下。(对于标准气动装置,在JIS中规定为5℃以上)。当压缩空气通过机器时发生绝热膨胀,温度下降,如果温度下降到排水冻结温度以下,则使机器的排水管道结冻,而引起误动作,为防止上述情况的产生,环境温度均取为5℃以上,所以环境温度在5℃以下的场合必须有防寒保
