Fo_8盘形弹簧材质为60Si2Mn,其几何尺寸D=φ128毫米,d=φ72毫米,板厚h=8.3毫米,内锥高度H=10.95毫米。脉冲疲劳试验条件:预压力6800公斤,振幅1毫米,频率950~1000次/分,最大承载6800公斤,刚度5375公斤/毫米。上述弹簧经50万次脉冲疲劳试验后,内锥高度H=10.94毫米,变化为0.01毫米,刚度为5535公斤/毫米。经1:1盐酸水溶液热蚀后,凸凹表面均未发现有宏观裂纹。将盘簧磨光,用1%氯化铁酒精溶液擦蚀,盘簧凸凹表面均出现不同程度的呈放射状
The Fo_8 disc spring material is 60Si2Mn with a geometry D = φ128 mm, d = φ72 mm, plate thickness h = 8.3 mm and inner cone height H = 10.95 mm. Pulse fatigue test conditions: pre-pressure 6800 kg, amplitude 1 mm, the frequency of 950 to 1000 beats / min, the maximum load of 6800 kg, stiffness 5375 kg / mm. After the spring 500 000 pulse fatigue test, the cone height H = 10.94 mm, change of 0.01 mm, the stiffness of 5535 kg / mm. After 1: 1 hydrochloric acid aqueous solution heat-treatment, no macro-cracks were found on the surface of the convexoconcave. The coil spring polished, with 1% ferric chloride solution eroded, uneven surface of the coil springs are showing varying degrees of radial
