针对中条山铜矿峪难选氧化矿特点,即含结合氧化铜高达30%以上,致使铜浮选回收率低于50%,用目前一般常用的浮选法解决此问题尚有困难。本研究提出湿法冶金硫化——浮选的新方案,却在矿浆中添加少量硫磺(2.5公斤/吨矿)于130~180℃进行湿法硫化,使氧化铜矿物(或表石)转变成硫化铜矿物,然后用常规浮选(可不用再添加硫化钠等硫化剂),获得含 Cu 18~20%的硫化铜精矿,对于难选氧化矿的铜回收率约可提高20%左右,对于一般■选氧化矿、硫化矿和混合矿的铜回收率亦可相应提高5~10%,故此法的适应性较好,整个工艺流程亦较简单。这是湿法冶金与选矿相结合处理难选氧化铜矿的一种新方案,对已迠浮选厂的流程改进尤为适用,即不改动现有浮选厂的设备,仅在磨矿与浮选两工序之间增设一湿法硫化工序,而达到增加铜资沅回收及产出较优质精矿的目的,故有可能是处理难选氧化铜矿的一种新途径。
