肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF)是由单核巨噬细胞产生与肿瘤出血坏死相关的蛋白激素,具有使肿瘤坏死退化,且参与抗感染、凝血、发热、休克、多器官衰竭、恶病质等多种病理生理过程,参与免疫调节基因的表达调控。为此我们对167例不同种疾病的患者及30例正常人血浆TNF水平进行了检测,旨在于探讨其发病机制,为临床诊断提供依据,现报道如下。 材料和方法 一、正常对照组:30例(男17例,女13例)。年龄60.1±17.7岁,由本院体检组提供,排除心、肝、肾、脑、肺部疾患、糖尿病及肿瘤的正常人。 二、疾病组:糖尿病患者91例,肾脏疾病24例,乳腺癌10例,胃癌11例,卵巢癌12倒,肺癌患者19例,年龄平57.5±19.2岁,以上病例均由本院门诊及住院处提供,月经临床病理及形态学检查明确诊断的病例。 三、方法:所有被检者均空腹抽静脉血,肝素抗凝,速分离血浆置-20℃保存待检,试剂盒由北京东亚免疫技术研究所提供,按说明书操作。试剂盒指标,批间CV8％,批内CV5％,回收率95～106％。测定仪用芬兰产WIA型全自动了计数器。 四、统计学处理:结果±SD表示,两样本均数行t检验。 结果和讨论 病例组与正常对照组TNF的水平比较,见表1。 表1结果表明,乳腺癌、胃癌组患者,血浆中TNF水平与正常组比较无显著性差异(p>0.05),?
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is a protein hormone produced by mononuclear macrophages that is associated with hemorrhage and necrosis of tumor. It has the function of degeneration of tumor necrosis and is involved in anti-infection, blood coagulation, fever, shock, multiple organ failure, cachexia, etc. A variety of pathophysiological processes, involved in the regulation of the expression of immune regulatory genes. To this end, we tested the plasma levels of TNF in 167 patients with different diseases and 30 normal subjects, aimed at exploring its pathogenesis and providing the basis for clinical diagnosis, and are reported as follows.
