内悬浮外拉线抱杆是浙北—福州特高压交流线路工程中组立高塔所用的特种起重机械,此抱杆通过承托绳和铁塔连在一起。本文针对某44m钢结构格构式变截面抱杆,在不同倾斜角度下进行有限元模拟分析计算,得到外拉线、承托绳拉力及抱杆的应力和位移。结果表明,拉力、位移和应力都随着倾斜角度的增加而增大,据此内悬浮外拉线抱杆的最大倾斜角度取为10°。
Within the suspension of the outer pull wire pole is the North of Zhejiang - Fuzhou UHV AC line project used in the construction of special lifting tower crane, the pole through the supporting rope and the tower together. In this paper, a 44m steel structure lattice cross-section of the pole, under different tilt angle finite element simulation analysis and calculation of the outer pull line, supporting rope tension and pole of the stress and displacement. The results show that the tensile force, displacement and stress both increase with the increase of the inclination angle. Therefore, the maximum inclination angle of the inner suspension outer pull wire pole is taken as 10 °.
