平衡格子方及其应用

随机区组设计只能控制一个方向上的土壤差异的影响;拉丁方设计虽然可控制纵横两个方向上的土壤差异,但却不能容纳较多的处理或品种.育种试验中有时需要对比较多的品系,而同时又希望能控制两个方向的土壤差异取得较为精确的结果.这时可考虑采用平衡格子方设计. Randomized block design can only control the impact of soil differences in one direction. Although Latin square design can control soil differences in both vertical and horizontal directions, it can not accommodate more treatments or varieties. While at the same time hoping to control the soil difference between the two directions to get more accurate results.At this time can consider the use of balanced grid square design.
