目的 评价盐酸氨溴索 (沐舒坦 )联合沙丁胺醇 (喘乐宁 )对慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作的疗效。方法 6 8例病人随机分组 ,测定基础肺功能。治疗组 36例给予沐舒坦注射液 30mg +NS 10mlivq12h ;治疗组与对照组 32例给予喘乐宁雾化溶液 5ml/ml+NS 10ml雾化吸入 2 0min ,每日 2次。于治疗后分别第 7天、第 14天评价临床治疗效果并检测肺功能参数 (FEV1、PEFR)。结果 治疗后第 7天、第 14天两组病人的咳嗽、咳痰及喘息症状明显好转 ,两组间治疗有效率比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗后第 14天喘息症状与治疗后第 7天相比明显好转 ,组间比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;两组FEV1、PEFR的测定值与治疗前相比 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗后第 14天与治疗后第 7天FEV1、PEFR的测定值相比 ,治疗组的差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而对照组的差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 在慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作期的临床常规治疗之外 ,适当延长沐舒坦用药时间 ,更加有利于病人临床症状的控制及肺功能的改善
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with salbutamol (salbutamol) in the treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomized to determine basal lung function. In the treatment group, 36 cases were treated with 30 mg NS + 10 mlivq12h of ambroxol injection. 32 cases in the treatment group and control group were given inhalation of Salbutamol 5 ml / ml + NS 10 ml for 20 min, twice daily. On the 7th day and the 14th day after the treatment, the clinical effect and the pulmonary function parameters (FEV1, PEFR) were evaluated. Results On the 7th and 14th day after treatment, the symptoms of cough, expectoration and wheezing in both groups were significantly improved, and the differences in the treatment efficiency between the two groups were significant (P <0.05). On the 14th day after treatment, The wheezing symptom was obviously improved compared with that on the 7th day after treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0 05). There was significant difference between the two groups in FEV1 and PEFR before treatment (P <0 0 5). There was significant difference between the treatment group on the 14th day after treatment and the FEV1 and PEFR on the 7th day after treatment (P <0 05), but there was no significant difference in the control group (P 0 05) . Conclusion In addition to the routine clinical treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis during acute exacerbation, it is more beneficial to control the clinical symptom of patients and the improvement of pulmonary function
