教师课程创生能力指教师在课程实施中对课程的创造和生成的能力,它要求教师具备关爱学生发展的情感、细致的观察、批判的反思性习惯以及创新意识和能力,教学机智也是必不可少的。由于我国中小学教师整体的课程创生能力有待提高,因而加强理论学习以养成良好的课程意识,观摩与研讨学习以提升课程创生能力,持续的反思实践以积累课程创生经验,深入了解学生以找准课程创生的着力点,通过参与校本课程开发以成为研究性实践者就显得尤为重要。
