目的:研究豨莶草汤对氢醌诱导实验性白癜风豚鼠的影响。方法:采用5%氢醌制备实验性白癜风豚鼠模型,以白癜风胶囊(0.24g/kg)作对照,分别用低、中、高剂量(3.1g/kg、6.2g/kg、12.4g/kg)豨莶草汤进行治疗,肉眼观察各药物组治疗实验性白癜风豚鼠模型的疗效,并观察表皮基底细胞和棘细胞黑色素分布以及对豚鼠模型血液中胆碱酯酶(CHE)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量;各药物组对豚鼠模型黑色素吸光度及酪氨酸酶含量和血液流变学各项指标的影响。结果:豨莶草汤3.1g/kg、6.2g/kg、12.4g/kg对白癜风豚鼠模型均有良好的治疗作用,能明显增加皮肤表皮基底细胞和棘细胞黑色素分布和皮肤毛囊中黑色素,增强黑色素的吸光度以及增加酪氨酸酶的含量,降低血液中CHE、MAO及MDA含量,血液流变学的各项指标也有明显改善,并呈现良好的量效关系,与白癜风胶囊组比较也有显著性差异。结论:豨莶草汤对实验性白癜风豚鼠模型具有良好的治疗作用,其主要机制可能与促进血液循环,降低血液中CHE、MAO及MDA含量和增加酪氨酸酶含量,增加毛囊中黑色素数量,增加其吸光度等有关。
Objective: To study the effect of Zhicao Decoction on hydroquinone-induced experimental vitiligo guinea pigs. The absorbance of melanin and the increase of tyrosinase content reduced the levels of CHE, MAO and MDA in the blood. The indexes of hemorheology also improved significantly, and showed a good dose-effect relationship. It was also significant compared with the Baiyufeng capsule group. difference. Conclusion: The Herbal Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on the experimental vitiligo guinea pig model. Its main mechanism may be to promote blood circulation, reduce blood CHE, MAO and MDA content and increase tyrosinase content, increase the number of melanin in hair follicles. Increase its absorbance and so on.
