本文研究了Cd对高强度铝合金ZL2 0 4A力学性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,合金中Cd的加入量 ,对铸态合金的力学性能没有明显的改善。只有经热处理后 ,Cd对合金的潜在强化作用才能得以充分发挥。通过改变Cd的加入量 ,本文报告了经T5处理后 ,Cd对ZL2 0 4A合金力学性能的强化程度及其计算模型。并在金相观察基础上 ,对这种强化行为作了初步探讨。
In this paper, the effect of Cd on the mechanical properties of high strength aluminum alloy ZL2 0 4A was studied. The experimental results show that the addition of Cd in the alloy has no obvious improvement on the mechanical properties of the as-cast alloy. Only by heat treatment, the potential strengthening of the role of Cd in order to be able to give full play. By changing the amount of Cd added, the paper reports the strengthening degree and calculation model of Cd on the mechanical properties of ZL20 4A alloy after T5 treatment. On the basis of the metallographic observation, this kind of fortified behavior was preliminarily discussed.
