目前以民营企业为主的中小企业已占我国注册企业总数的99%以上,创造了全国60%的工业产值,其提供的就业岗位约占全国城镇就业总数的75%,但是我国大部分中小型民营企业组织结构简单、规章制度缺失、缺乏有效的内部控制,对企业的持续经营和健康发展十分不利。因此,民营企业建立健全内部控制制度刻不容缓,下面以温州某锁业有限公司为例,用以小见大的方式折射民营企业内部控制中存在的的问题,分析产生民营企业内部控制问题的原因,进而寻找切实
At present, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) based on private enterprises account for more than 99% of the total number of registered companies in China, and they have created 60% of the country’s industrial output value. The jobs they provide account for about 75% of the total employment in cities and towns in China, but most of them are small and medium-sized.
