英语写作是英语学习和教学的薄弱环节,不少学生和老师长期受其困扰。本文以广东某本科院校的大二学生为对象,通过访谈法,对比探究英语专业与非英语专业学生英语写作问题。结果显示,英语专业学生与非英语专业学生在动机情感、构思、谋篇布局、词汇、语法、英汉差异、写作策略与技巧等方面既有相似之处,又有不同之处。本文尝试对相关问题进行归因并提出解决方案。
English writing is the weak link in English learning and teaching. Many students and teachers have long been troubled by it. This article takes sophomore students in a certain college in Guangdong as an object, and through interviews, probes into the English writing problems of English majors and non-English majors. The results show that both English majors and non-English majors have similarities and differences in motivation, conception, layout, vocabulary, grammar, English-Chinese differences, writing strategies and techniques. This article attempts to attribution of related issues and propose solutions.
