声带息肉为引起声嘶的常见病,传统疗法多采用药物治疗或间接喉镜下摘除息肉等,虽然全麻下显微支撑喉镜手术效果较佳,但因设备要求高,手术繁杂,风险大,费用高,术后痛苦较大,并发症多而难以推广。近年来,随着激光技术在医学上的应用日益广泛,有用CO_2激光结合手术显微镜治疗声带病变屡有报告。我科于91年5月开始间接喉镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗声带息肉进行了尝试,并取得了良好效果,现
