针对1.6和2.5mm厚度的DC04汽车板采用正交试验法进行激光拼焊,研究不同偏移量对拼焊焊缝断面形貌及力学性能的影响。结果表明,光束偏移量对激光焊缝宏观形貌有很大的影响,而对焊缝杯突值及抗拉强度无明显影响。
The DC04 automobile plates with thickness of 1.6 and 2.5 mm were laser welded by orthogonal test to study the effect of different offset on the cross section morphology and mechanical properties of the welded joint. The results show that the beam offsets have a great influence on the macroscopic morphology of the laser weld, but have no obvious effect on the weld bead protrusion and tensile strength.
