本文借助一系列实验,分析已有混凝土砌块振动成型密实机理的学术观点,指出其谬误之处;同时引入塑性碰撞振动理论,强调碰撞振动在混凝土砌块成型中的不可或缺性,为干硬性混凝土成型系统动力学研究理清思路。
Based on a series of experiments, this article analyzes the academic viewpoints of the compaction mechanism of existing vibrational concrete blocks and points out their fallacies. At the same time, the theory of plastic collision vibration is introduced to emphasize the indispensability of collision vibration in the forming of concrete blocks. Kinetics research of rigid concrete forming system clarify ideas.
