在改革开放之后,我国社会经济快速发展建设,市场竞争越加激烈,战略管理在企业现代化发展建设内作用越加显著,尤其是新产品开发战略和企业建设之间有着紧密关联。本文就以油田机械制造行业作为研究对象,对产品开发战略进行分析研究,希望能够帮助油田机械制造行业完成现代化发展建设。
After the reform and opening up, China’s rapid social and economic development and construction, the increasingly fierce market competition, strategic management plays an increasingly significant role in the modernization of enterprises. In particular, there is a close relationship between new product development strategies and enterprise construction. In this paper, oil field machinery manufacturing industry as a research object, product development strategy analysis and research, hoping to help oil field machinery manufacturing industry to complete the modernization development.
