第一条 为促进再保险市场的发展,规范再保险公司的设立,根据《中华人民共和国保险法》和《中华人民共和国外资保险公司管理条例》,制定本规定。 第二条 本规定所称的再保险公司是指经中国保险监督管理委员会(以下简称中国保监会)批准设立,依法登记注册专门经营再保险业务的公司。
Article 1 In order to promote the development of the reinsurance market and regulate the establishment of reinsurance companies, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Foreign Investment Insurance Companies. Article 2 The term “reinsurance company” as mentioned in these Provisions refers to a company that has been approved for establishment by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) and registered in accordance with the law and specialized in reinsurance business.
