目的 探讨儿童部分调节性内斜视手术时机和疗效。方法 总结 117例儿童部分调节性内斜视手术。结果 术后治愈率为 88% ,建立双眼单视功能者占 71 8%。结论 儿童部分调节性内斜视应尽早诊治 ,全部矫正屈光不正 6个月以上方可进行手术 ,使获得双眼单视功能的机会增多。
Objective To investigate the timing and effect of partial esotropia in children. Methods A total of 117 cases of children with partial esotropia surgery. Results Postoperative cure rate was 88%, and binocular single vision function accounted for 71.8%. Conclusion Children with partial esotropia should be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible, and all the correction of refractive errors for more than 6 months before surgery, the chance of obtaining binocular monoscopic function increased.
