购房规划是家庭消费支出规划中的重要规划。许多刚工作不久的年轻人面临的最重要的问题就是买房。由于年轻人往往工作时间不长,积蓄不多,贷款买房便成为解决燃眉之急的重要途径。贷款买房后不可避免的事就是还房贷,银行通常提供的有等额本息还款法、等额本金还款法、等额递增还款法和等额递减还款法。到底哪种还款方法最适合自己呢?很多人对此存在疑问。笔者将对这几种还款法里最基本的两种还款法(即等额本息还款法和等额本金还款法)的还款计算原理进行分析。
