带标记的光-温敏核不育系在制种后对其F_1能籍标记性状在苗期检出假杂种,减少在生产应用中的风险。本研究采用中国水稻研究所保存的一份带紫叶标记的籼型紫叶稻(CN-pl)和湖北省农科院粮作所育成的温敏核不育系W6154S杂交,在F_2代选择紫叶稻回交一次后,以系谱法逐代选择而育成了带紫叶标记的光-温敏核不育系-中紫S_0在杭州(30.050N)的自然条件下中紫S具有延续25天的不育期,在人工气候箱控制条件下,中紫S在30.1℃的高温下,不同的光照长度处理基本上表现完全不育,自交结实率的方差分析结果表明,中紫S的光长效应不显著,温度效应和光温互作效应分别达到显著和极显著水准,属光温互作型雄性核不育系,经用籼型、粳型及籼粳中间型三类合计15个品种(系)作父本与中紫S杂交,对杂种一代的杂种优势结果分析表明,中紫S具有较强的配合力。
Tagged light-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines detected false F 1 hybrids at seedling stage after seeding, thus reducing the risk in production application. In this study, a purple-leaf indica rice (CN-pl) preserved by China National Rice Research Institute was crossed with a thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line W6154S, which was bred by Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences. After returning to the purple leaf rice, the light-temperature-sensitive genic male sterile line with purple leaf marker was bred by generation selection by the genealogy method - Violet S_0 in the natural condition of Hangzhou (30.050N) Day under sterile conditions, under the control of the artificial climate chamber, the treatment of the medium violet S under the high temperature of 30.1 ℃ basically showed complete sterility, and the analysis of variance of selfed seed setting rate showed that the medium violet S Light effect was not significant, the temperature effect and light-temperature interaction effect reached significant and extremely significant level, is a light-temperature interaction male sterile line, with indica, japonica and indica-japonica intermediate type three total of 15 Varieties (lines) as the male parent and purple Z hybrids, heterosis analysis of the hybrid generation results show that purple Z has a strong combining ability.
