采用幽门结扎法和张力感受器技术,分别测量了异搏定注射前后大鼠胃液分泌量、pH和胃壁纵形肌张力的改变并与对照组相比较。结果:异搏定注射后10,30,60min开始各收集20min的胃液量与注射前及对照组相比,分别下降50%~77.6%,其pH分别升高19.2%~63.4%,差异显著(P<0.01);胃壁纵形肌张力在注射后30,60min与注射前及对照组相比,分别降低7.1%~26.7%(P<0.01)。表明:钙通道阻滞剂抗消化性溃疡与抑制胃酸分泌,降低胃壁肌张力和收缩力,增加胃粘膜血流量密切相关。
The pylorus ligation method and the tension sensor technology were used to measure the changes of gastric juice secretion, pH and the longitudinal muscle tension of gastric wall before and after injection of verapamil compared with the control group. Results: The volume of gastric juice collected at 10, 30 and 60 min after injection of verapamil decreased by 50% -77.6% and increased by 19.2% -63, respectively, compared with pre-injection and control. (P <0.01). The tension of the longitudinal muscle of the stomach wall decreased by 7.1% ~ 26.7% at 30 and 60 minutes after injection ). It is indicated that the anti-peptic ulcer of calcium channel blockers is closely related to the inhibition of gastric acid secretion, the reduction of gastric wall muscle tone and contractility, and the increase of gastric mucosal blood flow.
