采用杂交、诱变、回交、系谱选择等综合育种途径,经过5年8代连续选择,选育出300余份稳定爆裂玉米自交系,测交筛选出11个产量及爆裂性均超过对照(YB-1)的优良单交组合,在河南省夏直播籽粒产量可达3000~6500kg/hm~2,比对照增产3.71%~118.26%,完全可以在黄淮海玉米产区夏直播生产。爆裂玉米种质的积累与创新及综合育种方法的利用也为今后爆裂玉米育种的进一步开展奠定了比较坚实的基础。
After five generations and eight generations of continuous selection, more than 300 stable popcorn inbred lines were bred by comprehensive breeding methods, including crossing, mutagenesis, backcrossing and pedigree selection. Eleven yield and burst properties were screened out to exceed control (YB-1). The grain yield of summer direct sowing in Henan Province was up to 3000 ~ 6500kg / hm ~ 2, increased by 3.71% ~ 118.26% compared with the control, which could be produced in summer by direct sowing in the maize producing area of Huang-Huai-Hai. The accumulation and innovation of popcorn germplasm and the utilization of integrated breeding methods have also laid a solid foundation for the further development of popcorn breeding in the future.
