目的了解南京市城乡中小学校医、保健教师队伍的现状,为教育、卫生行政部门决策提供依据。方法以问卷调查的方式,收集有效的个人信息392份。结果南京市城区除校医学历和工作年限分布优于乡镇(χ2分别为6.368和22.468,P值分别<0.05和0.01),其他方面城乡基本达到均衡发展,共同问题是医学专业人员比例低,职称晋升问题较大。结论开拓思路,解决校医来源、编制、职称等问题,加强中小学校医、保健教师队伍建设,新招聘校医的专业应限定在公共卫生,使之适应新时期学校卫生工作。
Objective To understand the status quo of medical and health teachers in primary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas in Nanjing and provide the basis for the decision-making of education and health administrative departments. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect 392 valid personal information. Results The distribution of school medical qualifications and working years in Nanjing was better than that in towns (χ2 = 6.368 and 22.468, P <0.05 and 0.01, respectively). In other respects, urban and rural areas basically reached a balanced development. The common problem was the low proportion of medical professionals and the promotion of professional titles The problem is bigger. Conclusion It is necessary to open up new ideas, solve the problems such as the source, preparation and titles of school doctors, strengthen the construction of primary and secondary school doctors and health care teachers, and the profession of recruiting new school doctors should be limited to public health to adapt to the school health work in the new era.
