官员休假作为一项重要的人事管理制度是从汉代开始的,然而普遍的节日休假是从唐代开始的。唐代官员节日休假制度是在前朝节日休假制度的基础上不断发展和完善的。官员节日休假制度化是从唐玄宗开始的,节日普遍放假制度化,是唐玄宗统治时期节日领域的一个重大变化,同时也是这一时期节日普遍盛行的一个重要原因。 Official leave as an important personnel management system started from the Han Dynasty, however, the general holidays began from the Tang Dynasty. The holiday holiday system for official officials in the Tang Dynasty continued to evolve and improve on the basis of the holiday holiday system of the previous period.
