《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》2002年5月1日起实行,根据2011年12月31日十一届全国人大常委会第24次会议《关于修改(中华人民共和国职业病防治法)的决定》,自2011年12月31日起施行。国家对《职业病防治法》的新修订,再度彰显了国家对劳动者职业健康的极度重视,这也是针对职业病发展新趋向的重要举措。
Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases came into force on May 1, 2002. According to the Decision on Amending the Law of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control of the People’s Republic of China on December 31, 2011, the 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Since December 31, 2011 shall come into force. The new revision of the Law on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases by the State highlights once again the great importance attached by the state to the occupational health of workers and this is also an important measure for the new trend of development of occupational diseases.
