为了达到建筑节能,便于施工的目的,复配具有保温功能的相变干混水泥砂浆,以水泥质量为基数100%,确定了适宜的组分复配比例：相变材料20%,碳酸钙15%,砂子140%,木质纤维素0.5%,粉煤灰10%,羟甲基纤维素（CMC）0.04%。通过DSC对相变材料和干混砂浆相变潜热进行了表征,结果表明该相变材料相变潜热较高;通过电子显微镜及光学显微镜对相变材料的微观结构进行了观察,结果表明该相变材料粒径均匀,微胶囊状态良好;通过抗拉及抗折强度实验对相变干混水泥砂浆的力学性能进行了测定,结果表明该相变干混砂浆力学性能
