目的:探讨提高产妇安全管理及助产士工作满意度的方法。方法:回顾性分析本院2013年-2014年发放的154份助产士工作满意度调查表的特点,对满意度调查的结果及产妇类别进行统计学分析。结果:助产士的主动服务意识满意度(86.37%)和专业知识指导满意度(83.77%)相对较低,初产妇不满意数相对经产妇不满意数低。结论:医院应完善管理制度、明确岗位职责,合理排班和配置各项资源,提高助产人员风险意识和技术水平,是保障母婴安全,提高助产工作质量的根本途径。
Objectives: To explore ways to improve maternal safety management and midwifery job satisfaction. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the characteristics of 154 midwife job satisfaction questionnaires issued in our hospital from 2013 to 2014. The results of satisfaction survey and maternal category were analyzed statistically. Results: The active service satisfaction (86.37%) and professional knowledge guidance satisfaction (83.77%) of midwives were relatively low. The number of unsatisfied primipara was lower than that of maternal dissatisfaction. Conclusion: The hospital should improve the management system, clarify the job responsibilities, arrange the resources rationally and arrange the resources to improve the risk awareness and technical level of the midwives. It is the fundamental way to ensure the safety of maternal and infant and improve the quality of midwifery.
