一、概况单层工业厂房模型整体抗震性能试验研究课题由第一设计研究院负责,整个试验均在该院进行。研究的主要目的有下列八项: 1.对厂房模型的单柱进行试验研究,确定单柱的弹塑性性能的基本参数值: 2.对一个柱距双跨排架作横向弹塑性性能试验,确定排架横向刚度、抗裂、屈服和极限强度与单柱相应值的比较。 3.对横向刚度的空间分配系数的探讨; 4.纵向柱列综合刚度与各组合构件的系关; 5.整体纵向排架自振频率与各组合构件的关系; 6.柱子支撑的计算万法; 7.砖墙砌体对整体排架的抗震性能的影响; 8.纵向柱列的承载力和柱列地震力的分配问题。专题试验有四个子项: 1.八根单柱破坏试验; 2.一个柱距的双跨整体横向排架的破环试验(包括柱子、梁、屋面板、基础梁及吊车梁);
I. Overview The monolithic industrial building model’s overall seismic performance test subject is the responsibility of the First Design Institute, and the entire test is conducted in this institute. The main purposes of the study are the following eight items: 1. Test the single column of the building model to determine the basic parameter values of the elasto-plastic properties of the single column: 2. Test the transverse elasto-plastic behavior of a double-bay stagger column. Determine the comparison of lateral rigidity, crack resistance, yield strength and ultimate strength of the girder with the corresponding values of the single column. 3.Discussion on the spatial distribution coefficient of transverse stiffness; 4.Correlation between the overall stiffness of the longitudinal column and the components; 5.The relationship between the natural frequency of the overall longitudinal truss and the components; 6.The calculation of the column support Method; 7. The effect of brick wall masonry on the seismic performance of the overall truss; 8. The bearing capacity of column columns and the distribution of column seismic forces. The project has four sub-items: 1. Eight single-column failure tests; 2. One-post two-span monolithic transverse bridging (including pillars, beams, roof slabs, foundation girders, and crane girders);
