我们铸铁车同共有职工360人,8个直接生产班组,6个辅助生产班组,3个职能组,主要生产铁、球、铜、铝等铸造产品。近两年来,由于国民经济调整,生产任务不足,出现了亏损,对四化建设没有贡献。为了提高经济效益,减轻国家负担,我们按照企业整顿的要求,切实加强企业经济管理,积极开展班组经济核算,取得了一定的经济效果,成本下降,亏损减少,1983年每张铸铁件由688.38元下降为643.27元,球铁件由924.97元下降为844.51元,铸钢件由5,029.41元下降为4,959元总成本下降6％,工具费比计划数减少24.8％,材料费比计划数减少3.5％。全年原计划亏损50万元,实际亏损18万元,减亏32万元。本厂其他各项经济技术指标也都完成得比较好。经铁道部验收团验收合格,是国家经委通报表扬的企业之一。班组经济核算也
