少数民族地区高职院校的师生来自不同民族地区,有着不同的民族文化背景,在语言、文字、服饰、宗教、习俗等方面也都有各自的传统,相应形成了不同的行为习惯、日常生活方式、价值观念、思维方式,这就增加了学校开展民族团结教育工作的难度和复杂性。本文以巴音郭楞职业技术学院开展民族团结教育工作为例,探讨少数民族地区高职院校开展民族团结教育的途径。
Teachers and students from higher vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas come from different ethnic areas and have different national and cultural backgrounds. They also have their own traditions in languages, scripts, costumes, religions and customs. Correspondingly, different behaviors and daily routines are formed Lifestyles, values and ways of thinking, which increases the difficulty and complexity of carrying out the education of ethnic unity in schools. In this paper, Bayinguoleng Vocational and Technical College to carry out the work of national unity education as an example to explore vocational colleges in ethnic minority nationalities to promote education in the way.
