用半导体体温计对人体及动物模型的体温进行测量,结果表明:阴虚、阳虚、瘀血三种证型肿瘤患者的体温在正常范围时的一日内的变化是有差异的。阴虚组每日不同时刻体温波动明显,并高于正常组;瘀血组每日平均体温偏高。以上两组最高体温出现在18时;阳虚组体温变化相对平稳,并低于正常组,最高体温出现在14时。五心烦热患者的手心温度低于腋温。此项观察结果为临床测量体温的时间及诊断证型提供了新的客观依据。
Using a semiconductor thermometer to measure the body temperature of humans and animal models, the results showed that the body temperature of three types of cancer patients with Yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, and blood stasis in the normal range within one day of the change is different. The body temperature of the Yin deficiency group fluctuates significantly at different times of the day, and is higher than that of the normal group. The daily average body temperature of the blood stasis group is higher. The highest body temperature in the above two groups occurred at 18 o’clock; in the yang deficiency group, the body temperature changes were relatively stable and lower than in the normal group, with the highest body temperature occurring at 14 o’clock. The temperature of the palm of the five upset hot patients is lower than the temperature. This observation provides a new objective basis for clinical measurement of body temperature time and diagnostic syndromes.
