利用陶粒和以废砖颗粒为主的建筑垃圾制备再生轻骨料自密实混凝土,采用单因素法研究了不同粉煤灰掺量、水胶比、建筑垃圾取代量对混凝土工作性能和强度的影响,在此基础上得出最优配合比;并测试了最优配合比混凝土的耐久性与导热系数。试验结果表明:粉煤灰的掺量占胶凝材料总量的30%左右、建筑垃圾颗粒掺量为总质量的40%时,混凝土的品质最好;并且通过调整水胶比的值,能有效减小建筑垃圾带来的弱化作用。
The regenerated lightweight aggregate self-compacting concrete was prepared by using ceramsite and construction rubbish mainly composed of waste brick granules. The effects of different fly ash content, water-binder ratio and construction waste substitution on the working performance and strength of concrete were studied by single factor method Based on which the optimal mix ratio was obtained. The durability and thermal conductivity of the concrete with the best mix ratio were tested. The test results show that the content of fly ash accounts for about 30% of the total amount of cementitious materials, and the construction quality of concrete is best when the content of construction waste is 40% of the total mass. By adjusting the value of water-binder ratio, Effectively reduce the weakening effect of construction waste.
