自动化生产程度和产品质量的提高,对计量检测手段提出了更高的要求,视觉检测技术的发展适应了这一需求。结构光视觉系统为许多空间三维物体的检测问题提供了可行的解决办法。针对外观轮廓检测的需求,本文研究了一种基于线结构光的轮廓传感器,建立了线结构光垂直投射方式的数学模型,提出了传感器的局部校准方法参数逼近法,以及适应工厂生产环境的整体校准方法,实现了线结构光传感器轮廓传感器。实验证明,轮廓传感器的性能已达到设计要求。本传感器已用于Audi—100型轿车白车身的检测。
Automated production and product quality improvement, measurement and measurement methods put forward higher requirements, the development of visual detection technology to meet this demand. The structured light vision system provides a feasible solution for the detection of many three-dimensional objects in space. In order to meet the need of appearance contour detection, this paper studies a profile sensor based on linear structured light, establishes a mathematical model of the vertical projection mode of linear structure, proposes parameter approximation method of local calibration method of sensor, and adapts to the whole production environment of the factory Calibration method to achieve the line structure of light sensor profile sensor. Experiments show that the performance of the profile sensor has reached the design requirements. The sensor has been used for Audi-100 car white body detection.
