动物实验观察,槟榔煎剂加呋喃丙胺对血吸虫有杀灭作用。我们于1978年11月在余杭县九堡公社用槟榔煎剂加呋喃丙胺治疗慢性血吸虫病取得满意的疗效。1980年5月在重流行区常山县用槟榔浸膏片加呋喃丙胺治疗慢性血吸虫病,前后共93例,现将其结果报道如下。材料和方法一、药物制剂:槟榔煎剂系由花槟榔碎块煎煮而成,每ml相当于原药0.25g。槟榔浸膏片系用乙醇抽提槟榔中的有效成分,经过浓缩,添加适当赋形剂压制而成,每片含原药3.5g。呋喃丙胺为上海第十一制药厂生产的肠溶片,批号780601,每片含纯药
Animal experiments showed that betel nut decoction and furfuranamine had a killing effect on schistosomiasis. In November 1978, we used betel nut decoction and furfuranamine to treat chronic schistosomiasis in Jiubao commune, Yuhang County, and achieved satisfactory results. In May 1980, chronic schistosomiasis was treated with betelline tablets and furazolidone in Changshan County, a popular area.
