5例正常人骨髓血TirA+细胞占2.1%~9.0%,急性白血病患者中,3/4病例T急性淋巴细胞白血病和3/4例急性杂合性白血病骨髓血TirA+细胞>10%,显著高于正常人和急性非T细胞性白血病,急性髓细胞性白血病患者骨髓血中TirA+细胞的表达均<10%。大部分患者骨髓血CD_4/CD_比值显著倒置。
