随着知识在企业中地位的日益提高,如何进行知识管理并以知识应用为基础提高创新绩效成为企业关注的重点。目前团队已经成为企业开展工作最重要的组织形式,团队中个体是知识的载体,通过个体间知识共享才能使个体知识升华为团体知识,进而促进团队整体创新绩效的提升。本文在理论分析的基础上提出了团队内部知识网络对知识共享及团队创新绩效的影响,并分析了知识网络、知识共享与创新绩效之间的关系模型以及相关命题。本文结论对团队内部的知识管理及绩效提升有借鉴意义。
With the increasing status of knowledge in the enterprise, how to carry out knowledge management and improve innovation performance based on the application of knowledge become the focus of the enterprise. At present, the team has become the most important organizational form for enterprises to carry out their work. Individuals in the team are carriers of knowledge. Individual knowledge can be sublimated into group knowledge through knowledge sharing among individuals, which in turn promotes the improvement of team’s overall innovation performance. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper proposes the influence of internal knowledge network to knowledge sharing and team innovation performance, and analyzes the relationship between knowledge network, knowledge sharing and innovation performance and related propositions. The conclusion of this paper has reference meaning to the knowledge management and performance improvement of the team.
