目的观察清热败毒合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的保护作用。方法168只小鼠随机分为清热败毒合剂大、中、小剂量组,阿莫西林组、六神丸组、模型组、正常对照组共7组,除正常对照组以外,其余各组小鼠腹腔注射金黄色葡萄球菌造成菌血症模型,观察各组小鼠死亡率并观察清热败毒合剂的体外抗菌作用。80只小鼠随机分为清热败毒合剂大剂量组、阿莫西林组、六神丸组、模型组、正常对照组5组,采用流式细胞仪观察小鼠外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞数量的变化。结果清热败毒合剂大剂量组、六神丸组与阿莫西林组、正常对照组小鼠的死亡率明显低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。清热败毒合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的细菌回收率小于70%。清热败毒合剂大剂量组CD3+表达明显高于模型组(P<0.05),而CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+水平与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。清热败毒合剂大剂量组CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+的表达分别与阿莫西林组、六神丸组、正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而其CD4+表达低于阿莫西林组、六神丸组、正常对照组(P<0.05)。阿莫西林组、六神丸组、正常对照组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+表达均明显高于模型组(P<0.05),各组CD8+水平与模型组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清热败毒合剂大剂量组对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与清热败毒合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用以及提高免疫功能有关。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Qingre seizure mixture on mice infected with Staphylococcus aureus. Methods A total of 168 mice were randomly divided into large, medium, and small doses of Qingrexiaodu Mixture, amoxicillin, Liushen Pill, model group, and normal control group. The expression of CD3+, CD4+/CD8+ and CD8+ in Qingrexiaodu Mixture high-dose group was not significantly different from that of amoxicillin group, Liushen Pill group and normal control group (P>0.05), but CD4+ expression was lower than that of Amo. Xilin group, Liushen Pill group and normal control group (P<0.05). The expressions of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the amoxicillin group, Liushenwan group and normal control group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the CD8+ levels in the groups and the model group (P>0.05). ). Conclusion Qingrexiaodu Mixture high-dose group has certain protective effect on S. aureus-infected mice. The mechanism may be related to the antibacterial effect of Qingrexiaodu mixture on Staphylococcus aureus and the enhancement of immune function.
