三河市刷镀技术研究所长期研究探讨刷镀技术,使镀层厚度达到了5mm。取得可喜成果。该所刷镀的机械零件不受形状、大小及场地限制,可在野外、车间现场流动作业,重型零部件可不拆卸,就地修复;刷镀过程的加热温度不大于70℃,不会造成零部件变形及金相组织变化,刷镀采用计时器控制,镀层厚度在0.30mm以下时精度可达0.01mm能方便地选用镀层的种类和调整镀层的硬度,最高硬度可达HRC58~62。下面介绍应
