基于IECTC57公共信息模型(CIM)与IEC61850变电站配置描述语言(SCL)信息模型整合,构建涵盖从变电站过程级、间隔级和站级应用到控制中心应用的电力系统统一公共信息模型(UCIM)。研究SCL模型和CIM到UCIM的映射处理规则,以及在UCIM和映射规则的基础上构建电力系统模型及应用系统的方式,为实现电网一、二次设备的统一和关联性建模奠定了基础,可用于整合现有各种电力系统应用,开发位置透明的新一代电力系统应用。
Based on IECTC57 Common Information Model (CIM) and IEC61850 Substation Configuration Description Language (SCL) information model integration, a unified public information model (UCIM) for power system covering application from substation process level, bay level and station level to control center is constructed. Studying the mapping rules between SCL model and CIM to UCIM, and building the power system model and application system based on UCIM and mapping rules lay the foundation for the unification and correlation modeling of primary and secondary equipment in the power grid. It can be used to integrate existing power system applications and develop next-generation power system applications with transparent locations.
