处方:落地生根150克(鲜品),蒲黄15克,枯矾20克,冰片20克。用法:将落地生根(叶与茎均可)洗净切碎,蒸熟烤干后,研成细末,过筛,称取100克;再将蒲黄、枯矾、冰片共研细末,然后与落地生根一起拌匀,装瓶备用。使用时先用棉签将外耳道拭净,以小竹筒装药末1～1.5克吹入耳内。次日用棉签醮生理盐水拭净外耳道,再如法吹药。5日为1疗程。2～3日后检查耳内情况,如仍有脓液可进行第2个疗程。
