德育是教育者用社会的品德规范,影响受教育者,启发他们自觉接受教育、形成教育者所期望的思想品德过程。二十多年来的经验告诉我,要想收到预期的德育效果是一个值得深思的话题。对于初中生而言,他们正处于青少年时期,这是一个充满矛盾的有童年向青少年的过渡时期。我们往往称之为“危险期”。初中生的生理发育开始异常显著了,在中学阶段青少年们容易兴奋、冲动和神经过敏等。因此,教师要特别注意对学生进行生理卫生知识的教育,丰富他们的精神生活,
Moral education is the moral standard that educators use to influence the educated and inspire them to consciously receive education and form the ideological and moral course desired by educators.
