将18.5MBq99Tcm-DTPA(二乙三胺五乙酸)经静脉注入股部荷细菌性脓肿的小鼠体内进行显像和生物分布检测。结果表明注药后短期内即可获显示脓肿灶的满意图像。生物分布检测表明脓肿内放射性在0.5、1、3、6、24h均明显高于对侧未致炎肌肉。脓肿/血液在1h后超过1,至24h升高到2.32±0.33,而肌肉中放射性水平在各时间均明显低于血液。肝/血液上升较缓,肾/血液上升迅速,24h高达21.07±2.47。因此认为99Tcm-DTPA是一种简单有效的较为理想的炎症显像剂。
18.5MBq99Tcm-DTPA (diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid) was intravenously injected into the femoral body with bacterial abscesses for imaging and biodistribution. The results showed that satisfactory images of abscess lesions were obtained within a short time after injection. Biodistribution testing showed that intraspinal radioactivity was significantly higher at 0.5, 1, 3, 6 and 24 hours than that of contralateral non-inflammatory muscles. Abscesses/bloods exceeded 1 after 1 h and rose to 2.32±0.33 at 24 h, and the levels of radioactivity in muscle were significantly lower than those in blood at each time. The liver/blood rises slowly and the kidney/blood rises rapidly, reaching 21.07±2.47 at 24h. Therefore, 99Tcm-DTPA is considered to be a simple and effective ideal inflammation imaging agent.
