在55m~3试验高炉上对包头铁矿不同配料时的软熔过程进行了测试研究,采用垂直探测和水平探测相结合的方法,通过垂直探测管测出软熔带部位压力变化的拐点及相应的温度;并利用水平测试管测得的等温线,可绘出软熔带形状;测得了不同冶炼条件下的三种软熔带形状。试验证明,软熔带是碱金属及氟的富集带,降低软熔带位置是改善高炉冶炼过程防治结瘤的重要措施。
