集束化策略对儿童哮喘临床控制影响的研究

目的探讨集束化策略对哮喘患儿治疗依从性及哮喘临床控制的影响。方法按随机数字表法将102例哮喘患儿分为两组,对照组50例给予规范化治疗并给予疾病相关知识宣教和用药指导;观察组52例在规范化治疗全程中给予集束化策略护理,包括建立良好的护患关系,由专科人员对患儿和家长进行疾病知识宣教,解除干扰治疗的负性情绪,与患儿和家长共同制订日常生活防御措施、随访和运动计划及互动式的吸入技术等。比较两组的治疗依从性、肺功能、哮喘控制水平等指标。结果观察组哮喘急性发作期及缓解期治疗依从性均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组缓解期长期吸入治疗及特异性免疫治疗持续时间均长于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组肺功能改善优于对照组(P<0.01),哮喘控制水平明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论规范化治疗联合全程集束化策略能提高哮喘儿童的治疗依从性,有效改善肺功能,并利于实现哮喘临床控制目标。 Objective To explore the effect of cluster strategy on the treatment compliance and the clinical control of asthma in children. Methods 102 cases of asthma children were divided into two groups according to random number table method. Results The acute phase of asthma and remission in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The duration of long-term inhalation therapy and specific immunotherapy in the observation group were longer than those in the control group (all P <0.01) The improvement of pulmonary function was superior to that of the control group (P <0.01), and the control level of asthma was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Standardized treatment combined with full cluster strategy can improve the treatment compliance of asthmatic children, effectively improve lung function, and help to achieve the goal of clinical control of asthma.
