农产品流通一直是社会热点、难点问题的交汇点,近年来我国大中型城市的农产品流通体系发展迅速,已具备了一定的规模和渠道。但目前还存在着一定的问题,主要有流通成本高,流通模式落后和法制建设不健全等。而建设农产品流通体系是落实科学发展观的重要举措。应针对具体国情,建设适应我国发展路线的新型城市农产品流通体系。而新体系的畅通,仅靠目前的农产品批发市场或经销公司是不够的,必须使其发展成为功能齐全、规模大、辐射能力强、现代化程度高的流通中心,才能担负起重任。而实现这种新的流通体系首先需要政府强有力的政策法规的支持,其次是各部门的统筹协调,再次是广大农户的积极配合,另外流通环节的具体建设也必不可少。研究和完善大中城市农产品流通体系的整体建设有着十分重大的实际意义。
The circulation of agricultural products has always been the meeting point of hot spots and difficult problems in the society. In recent years, the circulation system of agricultural products in large and medium-sized cities in China has been developing rapidly and has acquired certain scale and channels. However, there are still some problems, mainly the high circulation costs, the backward circulation mode and the imperfect legal system construction. The construction of agricultural products circulation system is an important measure to implement the scientific concept of development. According to specific national conditions, a new type of urban agricultural product circulation system that meets the development route of our country should be established. However, the smooth flow of the new system alone is not enough for the current wholesale market for agricultural products or distribution companies. It must be developed into a distribution center with complete functions, large scale, strong radiation capability and high modernization level. The realization of this new system of circulation must first be supported by the powerful policies and regulations of the government. The second is the overall coordination of various departments. Once again, it is the active cooperation of the vast number of peasants. In addition, the concrete construction of circulation links is also indispensable. It is of great practical significance to study and improve the overall construction of agricultural circulation system in large and medium-sized cities.
