使Na离子成1,8-胺基萘磺酸钠沉淀用重量法或容量法测定。沉淀剂是10%的1,8-胺基萘磺酸镁溶液(按无水盐计算),是由热的1,8-胺基萘磺酸悬浮液与MgCO_3互相作用而得(Erdmann,Lieb Ann,1888,247,318)。当CO_2停止逸出后,溶液冷至室温。重结晶净制析出的镁盐二次,并于空气中干燥。所得镁盐证实有下述组成(C_(10)H_6NH_2SO_3)_2Me·8H_2O。用重量法测定Na~+时,将一定容积的NaCl溶液在水浴上蒸发近干,对干燥残渣加入依理论计算为3倍过量的沉淀剂
Na ions into 1,8-amino naphthalene sodium precipitation by gravimetric or volumetric method. The precipitating agent is a 10% solution of 1,8-aminonaphthalenesulfonate (calculated as anhydrous salt) from a mixture of hot 1,8-aminonaphthalenesulfonic acid suspensions and MgCO 3 (Erdmann, Lieb Ann, 1888, 247, 318). After CO 2 ceased to escape, the solution was cooled to room temperature. Recrystallization net precipitation of the magnesium salt secondary, and dried in the air. The resulting magnesium salt confirmed the following composition (C_ (10) H_6NH_2SO_3) _2Me · 8H_2O. When Na ~ + was determined gravimetrically, a certain volume of NaCl solution was evaporated to near dryness on a water bath and a precipitant
