目的:观察芩部丹中各成分在单味药和复方组合下,对结核分枝杆菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:将黄芩、百部、丹参三药单煎、两药或三药组合混合煎,配制成含不同药物浓度7H9肉汤培养基,接种1 mg/m L的结核分枝杆菌(H37RA)菌液0.1 m L,37℃温箱培养2周,转种于7H10琼脂培养基,在37℃下培养4周,观察结核菌生长情况。结果:黄芩液1∶10;百部液1∶5;丹参液1∶5有抑制结核菌生长作用。黄芩百部混合液,黄芩丹参混合液1∶20,丹参百部混合液1∶10均有抑菌作用;而黄芩百部丹参混合液1∶40即有抑制结核分枝杆菌生长的作用。结论:黄芩、百部、丹参3种中药在实验条件下均有抑制结核分枝杆菌的作用,联合用药效果优于单药,芩部丹复方体外抑菌活性最强。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of each component of Scutellaria baicalensis Dunn in vitro on Mycobacterium tuberculosis under the combination of single herb and compound. Methods: Scutellaria baicalensis, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae combined with single decoction, two or three drugs were mixed and decocted to prepare 7H9 broth with different drug concentration, inoculated with 1 mg / mL of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (H37RA) Liquid 0.1 m L, incubator at 37 ℃ for 2 weeks, transplanted in 7H10 agar medium, cultured at 37 ℃ for 4 weeks to observe the growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Results: Radix Scutellariae solution 1:10; Radix Bupleurum liquid 1: 5; Danshen solution 1: 5 inhibited the growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Scutellaria baicalensis mixture, Radix Scutellariae mixture 1:20, Salvia mixture of 1:10 have antibacterial effect; and baicalin 100 parts Salvia mixture of inhibition of Mycobacterium tuberculosis growth. Conclusion: Scutellaria baicalensis, Radix Bupleuri and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae inhibit the activity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis under the experimental conditions. The combination therapy is better than single drug.
